Honda has introduced the 2025 CMX1100 Rebel range, bringing a blend of modern cruiser design and advanced technology to its popular Rebel lineup. The new models, including the CMX1100 Rebel and the CMX1100T, offer enhanced power, comfort, and performance, making them an exciting choice for cruiser enthusiasts.
Powered by a 1,084cc parallel-twin engine derived from Honda's Africa Twin, the Rebel 1100 delivers strong low-end torque and smooth acceleration. It produces 64kW and 98Nm of torque, providing plenty of muscle for both city rides and long highway cruises. The engine features Throttle By Wire with three preset riding modes — Standard, Rain, and Sport — as well as two customizable options, giving riders control over power delivery, traction, and engine braking.
The 2025 Rebel range also features Honda’s advanced Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) as an option, offering both automatic and manual shifting modes. This allows riders to enjoy a relaxed cruising experience or take control with manual gear changes, depending on their preference.
The CMX1100 Rebel’s design stays true to its cruiser roots, with a low seat height of 700mm, a muscular fuel tank, and a stripped-back, minimalist look. The larger CMX1100T variant offers additional touring features, including a small front fairing and hard panniers for enhanced comfort and storage on long trips.
Technology plays a significant role in the 2025 models, with features like a full-color TFT display, cruise control, and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) integrated for smooth, safe rides. The chassis is built for handling and comfort, with a tubular steel frame, a 43mm Showa fork, and dual rear shocks for optimal suspension control. Dual front disc brakes and a single rear disc ensure responsive braking.
